Established in 2012 with an experienced background in sourcing of natural seafood products, the company is based in the Principality of Monaco and today claims production sites in various fishing areas. At Ermes, a team of seafood professionals efficiently manages the production chain with an integrated system, from fishing to the marketing of various fish species throughout Europe, cephalopods in particular.

Ermes’s activity begins from the origins in which we are present with a structure that guarantees the supply of finished products for the overseas markets with direct investments in production sites and joint-ventures with reliable companies; the selection of the best catch, processing and freezing are followed with strong commitment by our organization to guarantee a high quality standard and long-lasting reliability to our partners.
Thanks to this direct presence on the supply chain and a constant research for innovation, we are able to regularly provide our customers with competitive prices. Today, Ermes distributes in Italy, Spain, Greece, Germany and other European countries, both in the food-service channel and large-scale distribution.
